Whengland

This small mining town is surrounded by the mountains.  In the past Siniath utilized this town for it's limestone for building supplies, and coal for energy.  With advances in magitek, reliance in coal had been declining rapidly to where now coal power isn't even utilized.  And with the increase of cheaper stronger minerals coming from the north, limestone mining has also nearly ceased to exist.  So in the last few decades people have been leaving the area headed west into the mountains to Ffnab, or south to Velocistorm and Siniath.   Current population is around 1,000, down from the max of nearly 10,000.  Demographics are woodland and high elves, and halflings and gnomes from the northern plains.   Most of the town is filled with grumpy old men who speak sylvan.  Disease and substance abuse is rampant in the area due to the heavily impoverished nature.
