The Dead City

Also colloquially known as "The Ziggurat". A small village once thriving built around a pre cataclysm Elvish Ziggurat which now lays mostly buried in the ice. The city now lays in ruins, with no understanding where the former population has gone. There are many rumors that all sorts of undead terrors lurk in the area.
