Saphina Deeprest

Current leader of The Civil Guild. A small gnomish woman standing 3'2". Often seen carrying multiple bags of holding, all overflowing with scrolls and bundles of paper. She wears her hair up in a bun, held together with various pens and brushes. Typically seen at either construction sites, or at sites for civil utilities.
