Joey the Rat
A strategic individual, Joey holds complete control over the settlements of Coghollow and @voxfell. The people of those cities hold him in high regard as being a benevolent benfactor, but to those outside of the cities he's thought to be a criminal mastermind and a terror. His organization The Untamed controls the manufacturing of Ash - Black Market Elixir and he has no quams selling his black market elixir to whomever is willing to pay.
While he looks like an andromorphic rat, he is in fact a human who is a wererat. He holds enough control over his form stay as a wererat for days if he needs to. As an artificer he can use magic to imbue even the simplest inventions to provide great power to those items.
