Spreiling Civil War

The Spreiling Civil War was a devastating conflict that occurred during the latter years of the Era of Magick, specifically from 354 EoM to 369 EoM. The primary cause of this war was the profound class disparity between two major factions: the Court of Radiance and the Court of Gloam.   The Court of Radiance represented the nobility and elite of the country, and they held a privileged position in society. They looked down upon the Court of Gloam and viewed themselves as superior.   Court of Gloam comprised the poorer segment of the population, the Court of Gloam suffered from oppressive treatment and discrimination by the Court of Radiance. They were relegated to low-class citizenship, subjected to unfair taxation, resource scarcity, and forced labor.
