Wardens Weaken

The Wardens of Virtue begin weakening in power, and their influence dwindles. People around the world notice, and come to one of two conclusions. The first is that the wardens are dying, and will no longer punish those who lack virtue. The other conclusion is that the wardens are preparing for another purge, and they expect it to happen on the 1000-year anniversary of the Erasure of Depravity.
