Omega (WIP)

Out of all the continents, Omega is the most varied when it comes to geography, and ideally, it would be the best place to settle. However, there are two problems with this---there are very few settlements and they are very far between, and the waters around the continent are so crowded with dangerous monsters that sailing in that area is a death sentence during most times of the year. Due to this, the landscape of Omega has remained very pristine, yet to be taken over by expanding settlements and the smog of people. The continent itself is the shape of a C turned upside down, with a large island in the middle of the blank area. It used to be one larger landmass, but the great flood turned the large plateau and the many hills into various islands on the edge of the continent. There are still many hills in this same area which managed to avoid getting flooded as they were higher than the others. Slightly above this area the hills turn into mountains, smaller than most on the planet but still too big to be considered hills. A large ocean sits to the west side of the continent, with a huge forest up alongside it. There is also a smaller but still considerably sized forest on the northeast tip of the land. Several rivers wind through the land, especially in the large forest, which provide life to the many plants and animals in the area.
