Culture
The culture of Konstantinos has been destroyed, most of the people of the world having no time or no place to celebrate their traditions. Long work hours in the mines, or standing on watch deprived the people of their luxuries, leaving only their love of the Immortal Emperor.
History
Konstantinos is a world colonized after the end of the crusade, having been chosen for it's high amounts of minerals. The nature of the world, the many islands, made it difficult for early settlers, but from it came their culture. A bloody civil war broke out a few short years after initial colonization, and the most effective tactic was holding down the roads of their towns and cities with lines of heavily armored infantry firing in unison.
Konstantinos was marked for extreme excavation by the Roma Administratum, them decreeing the world was not getting all it could for the Emperor. Knowing this would cause the beautiful world to go to ruin, the governor at the time, Theodoros Vlasis III began raising an army with the help of Eldar sciences. This was uncovered before it could go into mass-production, and a group of acolytes delivered the Emperor's Justice to him in his own office.
The world would go on to join the Blood Cult in the later years of the Blood Wars, but put up meager resistance, and surrendered shortly after Malax's death. Another civil war was fought in this time, but the Guard stepped in and placed a loyal ruler in control.
The excavation has left most of the oceans dried up, and the sky's polluted. The world can now truly serve the Emperor.

Demography and Population
A majority of the population lives within the capital of Hive Atheninos, but many still live on the islands surrounding. It being an archipelago world, the hive was built upon the largest island on the planet. The other, smaller islands are used mainly for government sites or luxury housing.
Military
The planet is guarded by the Konstantinos Phalanx, a hardy group of PDF regiments who are experts are holding positions and moving up slowly. The Phalanx also acts as the planet's federal police force, with smaller areas having their own, less militarized police.
Agriculture & Industry
Rapid industrialization has destroyed the planet's ecosystem and once thriving fishing industry. Now the planet only brings minerals out of the surface for extraplanetary use.
Infrastructure
Most islands are connected by large underwater tunnels, cutting out the need for an expensive naval force to move people and resources around. Some of these tunnels have their own trains going back and forth, mostly owned by the Konstantinos government itself.
