Personal history
Stehmahr Beck was born in the ice wastes of Vahatov, and grew up in a harsh life. Both him and his parents grew up on one of the many mining camps on the world, slaving away at the ice to atone for their crimes. It was because of this that Beck learned to hate those who would break the law of the Emperor, forcing themselves into conditions like this.
It was at the age of 16 when Beck brought out his own judgement against his parents. At night, he murdered both of them in their sleep, exacting the death sentence for their crimes. The CIC Overseers took him away for questioning, but disappeared when nobody else was in the interrogation room. The Adeptus Arbites took him for their own ranks. Beck would quickly rise the ranks, exterminating heretics and criminals alive without mercy.
A botched raid and a dead CIC officer would effectively kill the Judge's career. He would be sent to arbitrate over the world of Sullecarro, standing on walls all day and shooting the occasional escapee.
