Count Valorus II Severus Constans was born in Lenrith, Solaria to the Constans noble family. They are one of many families on the world, but for the last 60 years, the Constans have been voted to be the planetary governors.
Valorus II Constans grew up surrounded by wealth and power, and quickly learned how to navigate the political landscape of the world and surrounding sub-sector. While his father was the planetary governor, he was the CEO of the Constans Interplanetary Company (CIC), and expanded their operations throughout Mediolanum. The CIC now monopolizes the creation of PDF uniforms and flak armor in Roma, owning the resources required to create them.
