Yobanjin
The Yobanjin are the Rokugani term for the "barbarian" tribes that didn't become part of The Emerald Empire during The Gods fall to Rokugan. They have remained isolated from Rokugani society and dwell mostly on the edges, like the northern mountains and Shinomen Mori , though there are rumors of some villages hiding in the middle of the empire.
