Susa
Ancient and hereditary capital of the Empire of Elam, Susa remains its base of power. Susa was once a magnificent city of gleaming towers and arcane wonders. Now, it is a shadow of its former glory, as the Rodinian occupation has stripped it of its resources, culture, and dignity. The remaining Elamites live in poverty and fear, while the Rodinian governor and his cronies enjoy the spoils of their conquest.
