Shuruk
A mountain city that was renowned for its engineering and innovation, Shuruk was the source of many of the Elamite inventions and discoveries that made their empire so powerful. Shuruk was also a bastion of learning and scholarship, with a prestigious academy that attracted scholars from all over the world. Shuruk was spared the worst of the Rodinian devastation, as its location and defenses made it hard to conquer. Now, Shuruk is a refuge for the Elamite loyalists, who hope to restore their empire one day.
