Keeper's Black Powder Rifle: Dragonstrike

Elysium Muzzle-loaders are not referred to as "Muzzle-loaders" on the planet, but are frequently referred to as "Dragonstrikes", named for its tremendous roar and gouts of flame and the brief puff of smoke they emit when their black powder is ignited.   The Keeper's Black Powder Rifle like many of its kind, looks and functions much like earthen traditional muzzle-loading rifles. By definition, it is a single-shot rifle with a very slow reload speed that fell out of favor with the local population following the invention of multi-shot high power rifles. Despite the limitations imposed by its single-shot operation however and despite popular belief of its discontinuation, it remains a very capable rifle suitable for medium to large game when in the hands of the right person. Many hunters enjoy the use of this rifle due to the increased difficulty and challenge it permits.   Despite the name, not much separates the Keepers Black Powder Rifle from others of its line, except that they feature a dark wooden body, with golden accents and an insignia belonging to that of the Keepers.
