Gundren Rockseeker
Gundren Rockseeker
Gundren Rockseeker is one of three Dwarf brothers seeking out the lost mine of the Phandelver's Pact. He has been working with Sildar Hallwinter of the The Lords Alliance, and is also the original employer of the PCs in Neverwinter.
While adventuring, Rockseeker found maps and journals in King Ulbrecht's tomb that detailed the location and history of the Lost Mines of Phandelver. Utilizing these, he has been seeking to find an entrance to the old mines and use its riches and enchanted forges and foundries to revitalize the area (and get rich in the process).

Personal history
Circa 140 PR, the dwarf and his brothers located Wave Echo Cave, the legendary home of the Forge of Spells. He excitedly rushed back to Neverwinter to gather supplies and gear, and hire a party of adventurers to haul the equipment to Phandalin. However, the Black Spider sent orders to King Grol of the Cragmaw tribe to have the pair waylaid by those of the Cragmaw Hideout. King Grol ordered Klarg, the chief of the hideout, to have his minions carry this mission out.
He was captured by hobgoblins along with Sildar while travelling on the High Road between Neverwinter and Phandalin. Unlike Sildar , he remains missing, having been taken elsewhere from Cragmaw Hideout by the hobgoblins before the arrival of the adventurers that would become known as The Cragmaw Four.
