Orc Stronghold
The Orc Stronghold hosts both the Orc Council and the commanders of the Orc Army. The massive structure can host thousands of orcs, but it is unclear how many actually inhabit the buildling. Frule Isle is highly guarded and is off-limits to visitors of any race, including non-resident orcs.
