Maccath
Maccath is a member of the Arcane Brotherhood and went missing when his ship supposedly went down in the Sea of Moving Ice. He was last seen near a large iceberg with a flat top. He is sought by the Council of Waterdeep becuase he might have knowledge of the Draakenhorn and it's uses. It is supposedly a device that when blown sends a message across all the lands and is heard by every dragon.
