Find Maccath and question him regarding the Draakhorn
Maccath is said to be a teifling sorcerer and member of the Arcane Brotherhood. He went missing when a ship that he was travelling on was lost in the Sea of Moving Ice near a large, flat-topped iceburg. This quest has not yet been undertaken by the adventuring group.
