Guild Apprentice

A guild apprentice is a practitioner with limited skill and/or experience. Apprentices generally work directly under Masters, learning the trade and living as virtual indentured servants. Masters have near total discretion over when to promote an apprentice to journeyman, which is when a craftsman gains at least some rights as a guild member.
