Wanda Locke
Wanda is a 14 year old girl. She is absentminded but can, strangely enough recall certain events with praeternatural clarity. She always expects the worst outcome. She is quite confrontational as well. She teases Oliver quite often, but this is likely because she loves him and does not yet recognize it. Her father is a kleptomaniac and she mimics the behavior.
