The Council of Beasts
The council of beasts communes infrequently. They are oft concerned with the inhabitance of their home locations. When they do commune they journey to the wastes to awaken the world turtle's spawn. After the creatures complete the ritual they clamber atop the shell of the great beast to hold council.
