Shwouu

The time obsessed Shwouu are often found in sandy locales across Rey'pelulent. Although a location coated with large, loose particles would seem to be the last place one would find clock-makers, one must remember that one of the first time keeping devices was the hourglass. These peoples traditionally wear loose fitting garments under which they wrap themselves nearly completely in bands of cloth. Many members of the society adorn themselves with masks and other large ornamental items decorated with cogs, clock hands, hourglasses, and other designs related to time and time telling devices.
