Tempala

Tempala is a mythical city where the first humans were settled by the gods in a sprawling paradise of palaces and gardens carved from solid rock, where the needs of its inhabitants were met fully by its produce. I was said to have been located on a hill ridge between the badlands and the plains of the gods. The city contained a great temple where the gods would descend from their realm to consult and govern the human populace. The people were forbidden from leaving the city, though none had the wish to. This was until Dartavoss began breaking havoc upon the creations of the gods and the humans were sought after to slay the demon serpent, being allowed to venture into the badlands as parts of the trials and eventual quest to slay the demon as achieved by Valtuutettu. The city of Tempala is now lost to history, said to have been buried deep in the earth and destroyed after the rebellion against the gods by the humans.
