Port Hemmis
Port Hemmis is the provincial capital of Vace Vail in the Primarchy of Praetum. It resides on the coast of the Crivess Gulf on mainland Retough, and is the only port city of its size in the country. Port Hemmis has a population of roughly 400,000 permanent residents, making it one of the largest populations in the Primarchy. The Archon's official state office and home are located in the city.
