Ethlemthos.
 
  Translated to Atlantis from Reethese, this continent is considered by many to be one of the World Wonders not only for it's beauty, but for the riches of the people who live there as well as the history it is covered in. It is one of the oldest civilizations in the world.
 
  Situated to the east of the continent of Rethium, Ethlemthos is also a very strange looking continent. It is rounded into near-perfect spheres on either side to the east and the west, both of which are connected in the center by a long and thin passage of land that resides high above the ocean.
 
  This small passage is known as The Way, and is the fastest method of travel across the continent. But it is the city of Atlantis that is the true marvel.
 
  The city of Atlantis is situated on the easternmost coastline of the continent of Ethlemthos which was named after the city itself which was the first to be founded on the continent along with only one other city that is founded to the far west on the opposite side of the continent. The City of Atlantis is the largest city in the world at it's height, and in terms of size and population density is labelled as a Gigacity, or "An established city or group of cities and their interconnected parts that constitute to a density of up to one-hundred-million or more." Or a rough translation of that same definition. The most recent population of Atlantis was labelled as high as one-point-four billion inhabitants, and with the distribution of their living spaces, work and other necessary goods it can be seen why they have such a vast and extensive population. They are spread over mountains, hills, valleys and even flat plains that surround a large and picturesque bay that extends a few miles into the landscape before ending in a small lake at which is located the heart of the city, it's grand palace which is also the home of the queen of Atlantis, who is directly descended from Nyneve, who is the daughter of the clan leader who first brought his clan to the continent where Atlantis was first founded after their arrival.
 
  Many of the sections of the city are built in easily-navigable piles or stacks, putting the most common types of establishments such as living, food, eateries, fashion and others in carefully placed and designated locations so that the inhabitants around them can benefit the most from their location. The city is built in a strange style which is reminiscent of a neo-style which focuses on integrating futuristic functionality with modern or ancient and nostalgic forms in which the first homes and establishments were constructed in the founding times of Atlantis. Some areas are built with a more Histian style in mind, while others still focus on other cultures and their styles of construction to give a wide variety of appearance and a unique appeal to visitors of the ancient and rich civilization. To their credit they have also become one of the most advanced civilizations, becoming somehow capable of adapting the use of futuristic nanotechnology into the construction of their modern buildings. They have, to this end, created nanites that are capable of distributing small amounts of other materials into such things as metals to infuse them with further strengthening materials, such as the use of Sea Stone into modern metals to provide them with much more resistance and yet also a property of movement that allows them to shift necessarily should such disasters as earthquakes take place near the city. This allows them to support their own structures at great heights as much as on the ground level, although they are not known to have built extremely tall structures with this technology due to possible issues with elevation and wind gusts amongst other structural concerns. To this equal end they had considered building a structure one-hundred stories tall, but with the concern of high winds and other factors, they agreed to split the structure in two and build two fifty-story buildings instead. 
 
  The Atlanteans are thus very advanced in their technology and other studies, meaning that they are some of the most proficient members of their fields and are thus coveted the world over for their knowledge. Many construction firms across the world have gained valuable insight from Atlantean scientists and architects, which have helped those firms develop and construct buildings that have been able to withstand many natural disasters, and they are even credited with designing the technology behind the Aswarian sea walls, which are used primarily within coastal cities to protect against tsunamis and other types of large ocean-going storms. 
 
  They export many products from their kingdom across the globe, one of these being the coveted Sea Stone itself which is harvested from carefully-selected undersea farms where the stone can actually be grown and harvested. A common load of this stone is called a Cumber, and to each Cumber there belong up to fifty pieces of Sea Stone, which can sell for several thousands of Lodarr depending on the size of the shipment. The Sea Stone is actually one of the main exports of Atlantis along with Gold Fur, a type of wheat, Faerian Silk which is renowned for it's smooth texture and colors, Coral-Seed Brew which is crafted from sea salt and other ingredients, and the all-too-plentiful shells that a particular Faerie who goes by the name of Shee is known for collecting and selling for a decent price. Her company, Sellin' Seashells, is one of the most famous in the city, and it is a must-stop for vacationers looking for a unique trinket or two to take back home as a gift. Another well known export of Atlantis is called Sea String, and is woven from the silk of the Sea Worm which eats the Emerald Weed under the surface of Atlantis' waters.
 
  The Grand Palace of Atlantis is listed as the Ninth World Wonder, and is currently inhabited by the Queen of Atlantis, the Water Faerie Nebraska, who is a direct descendant of the first Queen, Nyneve. This makes Atlantis the longest known Constitutional Monarchy on the planet.
