Originally imagined the shell of a T-Rex, but then Sauropod came to mind. Perhaps more T-Rex than Sauropod

This Cyborg dinosaur resembles a T-Rex. It was barely 'alive', being an advanced animatronic skeleton with sort-of flesh around it.

When the Cyber Dinos' minds were unshackled, it simply decided to wander about, observing the happenings and essentially chaos. It does suffer damages, so if the characters help it, it helps back, mainly through distractions and bringing things in its mouth to them as gifts. Should the party damage them, though, it'll block passageways with objects, often rubble, destroyed cars, or dumpsters, give away their locations to other pursuing Dinos with loud noises, and even remove obstacles for other dinos, such as smashing walls and removing protective fencing.
