Brainstorming CROW

CROW Overview: CROW is a placeholder name, based off the Spooktober Prompt this answers.

Inspired by the institute. Write down androids, super mutants reintegrated into the fold, hunger for power plants, and its own technology.

CROW is a post war scientist society. They trade their advanced technology with the wasteland in exchange for test subjects, raw materials, and power.

Androids: It has humanoid robots which are used as menial labor, along with actual labor robots.

Some humanoid robots are just metal skeletons, while a new batch can perfectly imitate humans.

Mutant Relations: It has many mutants under its command, which they tagged and released into the wasteland. Some of these mutants, particularly the human ones, sometimes reform a relationship with CROW, trading material for CROW's technology and support.

Wasteland Relations: CROW stays honest with the Wasteland, trading its superior technology and knowledge in exchange for experimental fodder and power generation.

Some experiments might be genetically modified crops or animals, but a common deal is for human experimentation.

Power Generation: CROW sends their scientists and soldiers to find and secure power infrastructure. They keep most of the energy for themselves but trade it to wastelanders to improve their standing.

Beam Lasers: CROW has laser weapon technology, with minimal ammo economy, mainly in power cells.
