Backstory
Ryan was created by Stellaris corp via genetic engineering. He was nurtured in one of the early iterations of BDC vats. Owens was created in hopes of some sort of prolonged life or hypergravity sustaining human. He has higher than average IQ and learns very quickly. His body is as near to perfect as the human body gets and is ‘predisposed’ to accept cybernetic and burner technologies. However, he and his iteration of “brothers” were subpar during the cloning trials. A council from Stellaris and the United World Order of Dominion & Renatus gathered to discuss whether or not these cloned/GM humans should be terminated or if they’re in fact true human life. Eve was part of this council that determined what should and shouldn’t be constituted as true human life, whether it be naturally occurring or not. In the end, Ryan was not terminated but his past has been shrouded in lies and mystery. Ryan believes he is a foster child and his parents were killed in the Great War of Dominion. Ryan’s ‘biological’ mother is Evelyn Buccheri.
