Charlie the Bio-Android
Technological achievement
After the Mini-Brains were developed into Bio-Brains and the Bio-Android project was started. British Labs finished the construction of a Robotic body for the Bio-brain referring to themself as Charlie. After hooking in the Bio-brain, Charlie awoke and introduced themselves.
After conducting basic tests, Charlie was invited to speak on the Parliament floor as Britain's first Synthetic Citizen. There he expressed profound gratitude for the new body and that he doesn't know much of the world around him.
Charlie was then given guarantees to education and was allowed to advance, planning to one day join the robotics development effort in the Commonwealth, being a serious advocate of Robotic rights and ensuring that British labs do not mistakenly build labour machines capable of consciousness.
