Great Russia establishes New Moscow

Founding

 Great Russia after permitting the New Moscow Mission,  18,000 Russians were sent to Mars to establish the first colony. However, the colony soon after its establishing announces that New Moscow shall be the start of a new Country and that they are a Free sovereign Russian Republic, parting ways with Great Russia, great Russia then pulls support from their Martian Colony programme.    The Russian Colony establishes itself in the Svorbrinsk Region, a new named area close to NASA's Green-zone. Independently the two Colonies would hold talks about supporting each other's growth.
