The Primewater Crime Family was a small criminal orginization who operated out of Saltmarsh for many years before 0APF.
Vencyne Amakiir, Kreb and Jeb Shenker, and Gellan Primewater were its most notable members. The orginization was disbanded when Gellan Primewater was killed by James Wavebreaker.
