the Five Holy Requests

The Five Holy Requests were the curch of hopes five conditions on which they would share their miracle cure Cadeaceus' Rose with the rest of the continent. Only after all four of the other ruling countries signed would the cure be able to be purchased by and distributed to the signees.   The requests where as follows:   1. The Church of Hope will have total monopoly of distribution of the medicine "Cadeaceus' Rose". Would it come to light that a third party has been distributing Cadeaceus' Rose, the area will be neglected in further distributions and left to their own fates.   2. Vessels, groups and individuals that are a part of Church of Hope or is under their protection are to be considered non-targets in any military zone, are to be protected by local law enforcement and their every need, within reason such as housing and basic necessities, be met. Would it be known that this request has not been granted, the area will be neglected in further distributions and left to their own fates.   3. The Church of Hope are to be granted access to any and all advancements in technology and magic, as well as any technology and magic already in use as they request. This includes the theoretical research and the physical object in question. If any country or individual not comply to such a request the area will be neglected in further distributions and if the request is not granted further decrease in distribution will be made until the request is granted.   4. The Curch of Hope are to be granted full veto in any decision made in the council of Ag bailiú and full power to change any decision made in the past. If this veto is not respected the church of hope will immediately cut all distribution of Cadeaceus' Rose until it is.   5. The Curch of Hope reserves themselves the right to at any point in time, and for any reason, alter or add to the previously mentioned requests. In the event of a change being made the request will require to be signed anew. Also any further individual or group in a leadership position will have to sign this document or the area will be neglected in further distributions of Cadeaceus' Rose until they do.
