Robyn (ROB-in)

Robyn's personality is a very emotive one. While she is usually a quite confident leader, it can be easy for her to slip into a more depressive state, especially in times of stress or not knowing what to do.   Robyn's confidence can lead her into situations where she's bitten off more than she can chew, and, as she acts as the leader of the group, often drags others with her. She often consults with Rei-Chei on matters, as Rei-Chei is quite good at spotting the more minute details. That, and Robyn, for better or worse, doesn't think twice about anything.

Robyn's Armor

Robyn's armor has gone through many changes over the course of Robyn's life. Technically, the armor isn't Robyn's, it's her mentor Arthur Cavelier's, but when Arthur died, the armor was reforged to better fit Robyn. Robyn's armor has always been a majority plate-mail, although chainmail has been used for the less "adventury" iterations. Robyn has always valued mobility and adaptability, both in and out of combat, and her armor reflects this. Most pieces are simply a forged plate, fastened by a number of straps. The exceptions are the boots, and some gauntlets.   The reforge is unpainted, not customized, and largely unrecognizable to Robyn's current armor, save for a few select details. It does not feature a helmet, as that piece was rendered unusable upon Arthur's demise. The breastplate reaches down to just above the waist. The backplate stretches just further, just beyond the waistline. The pauldrons are squared, and not very remarkable. The armor features gauntlets the almost reach up to the elbow. Cuisses cover the thighs entirely on the front side. The armor does not have poleyns. The boots, which are the only parts of the armor lined with leather (or any comfortable material) reach to about the middle of the lower leg.   After an incident in which Robyn nearly died of hyperthermia, she reforged her armor again, although this time did most of it herself, under the guidance of Grylok, a giant blacksmith. In this iteration, the back plate was entirely removed, and to compensate, the breast plate did extend around the sides more. Also, the cuisses were trimmed down, and the gauntlets were separated into two pieces, a glove (still called a gauntlet) and a vambrace, which did not wrap all the way around unlike its predecessor. The remaining metal was forged into a sword (which Robyn did not, for some reason, have).
