Roving House
The capital building of the Rasht Government, the various houses meet at this beautiful building in the center of Rasht. Here issues are resolved, paths decided and loot divyed up. The intuition is old but the building has been destroyed on multiple occasions through the internal strife that bubbles up between the Corsair Kings on a regular basis.
