Ahkora is a large wyrm, a late stage of adulthood in dragons, with a long thin neck and bat-like wings she uses as forelimbs. Her body is covered in thin spines and ridges, and her face has two forward facing curled horns.

Ahkora often wears drapery associated with those using the 'Sanguine' title- long billowing cloaks and shawls made from red fabric decorated with dragon bone and hide.
