The Twelve Crowns
A seditionist, terrorist organization in the Imperium, originally named for 12 displaced 'noble' families that resisted Imperial unification and wish to break up the dragon empire and seize absolute monarchical power as was the way of the Third Age.

Public Agenda
The Twelve Crowns claim that there never was a Tarrasque and that Alyssia was little more than a fiction writer. They denounce the Circles and claim it is all an elaborate ploy to steal power from 'mortals' by the dragons. They attempt to exaggerate any failing or tragic happening as intended corruption and seek out allies among those either forgotten or burned by Imperial Edict.
Assets
Varies. Of late, they have seen a major resurgence in both power and influence following the Adventure Ban. It is believed they pushed hard to influence in favor of the ban for this reason to keep 'meddling kids' from interfering with them.
