Orc Forms
Ambassador
The Ambassador form enhances your physical appearance and social skills, making it a favorite among merchants, diplomats, and officers on the battlefield. This form allows for greater charisma, eloquence, and persuasion, making it easier for the Ambassador to negotiate effectively and assist those around them. It also gives them a greater force of will.
- You have advantage on Charisma saving throws against magic.
- You may know how to speak, but not write, any Common language you do not already know.
- If an allied creature is standing within 10ft of you, you may take the Help action on them as a bonus action instead.
- After subtly touching a creature or giving them a gift worth at least 1sp while both of you can see each other, you may choose to subtly influence their mind, using pheromones, to be more receptive. You may add 1d4 to any Charisma-based checks you make against them for the next 10 minutes. A creature not considered your ally may make a Wisdom saving throw against a DC of 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution Modifier. On a successful check, they are unaffected and are aware that you tried to do this. Only one creature may be affected by this ability at one time.
Laborer
The Laborer form toughens your skin and muscles, making it a favorite among farmers, haulers, smiths, and other physically demanding professions. This form allows for greater resilience and endurance, allowing one to perform strenuous tasks for longer periods without tiring. Some Samurai also favor this form as it allows them to use both hands to maximize their damage, as they do not require the combat edge provided by the Warrior form.
- You may create an item that requires an Artisan’s Tool without the tool. Doing so requires twice as much time.
- You have advantage on Constitution saving throws against magic.
- You cannot have disadvantage on skill checks due to Exhaustion.
Scholar
The Scholar form enhances your finger dexterity and visual acuity, making it a favorite of scholars, explorers, and bureaucrats. It can also be useful for those in the Orcish army who serve on guard duty. In this form, your fingers become thinner and more nimble, and your eyes become sharper to allow for greater precision and attention to detail.
- You have advantage on Intelligence saving throws against magic.
- As a bonus action, you may add your proficiency bonus to check to use a Skill, Tool, Vehicle, or a general Intelligence check. Once you use this ability, you may not use it again until after having completed a short or long rest.
- You may fill your Long Rests with light activity instead of sleep.
- By focusing your mind, you can speed-read once per long rest. For one minute, you can read at 500 words per second / 100 pages per minute and perfectly recall what you read. To use this ability, you must be able to read the language it is written in. After using this ability, you cannot use it again until you complete a long rest.
Warrior
The Warrior form dramatically enhances your muscle growth and coordination, making it a favored form among Orcish armies. It provides a crucial edge in the battle to conscripts who make up the majority of the forces, making it the backbone of the Evervictorious Army. In this form, your physical abilities are greatly enhanced, allowing you to become a formidable fighter on the battlefield.
- You have advantage on Strength saving throws against magic.
- You are able to wield Versatile or Two-Handed melee weapons without the Reach property, using one hand, as if you were wielding them with two. While wielding a Heavy weapon this way, it loses the Heavy property. Martial weapons get a 1d10 damage die and Simple weapons get a 1d8 damage die when wielded this way.
- Martial weapons with both the Reach and Two-Handed property may be wielded with one hand. When wielded this way, their damage die becomes 1d8. They also lose the Heavy property.
