Fighter: Banneret Revised - Elanknecht
The Elanknechts were an elite band of mercenaries formed during the 7th Scioner Civil War in 5897 2E. By 6082, they were formally absorbed into the Scion Empire's official military. The Elanknechts are rich with history and have always specialized in encouraging the common soldiery to fight harder and accomplish greater and greater feats. While they used to be made entirely of low-ranking nobility, the higher casualty rates of modern warfare and higher demand for their kind in the army have forced them to accept lowborn recruits as well. Elanknechts can often be found at the center or front of the tight formations that have defined Human warfare in the Age of Revelations.
Banneret serves as the generic name for the Elanknecht archetype if your character has not served in or studied the tactics of this former mercenary organization.
Starting at 18th level, you can choose two allies within 60 feet of you, rather than one.

Rally! - 3rd
You've learned to push your allies to fight for just a bit longer. You no longer have the Second Wind feature. Instead, you gain a pool of hit points that you may distribute to yourself and allies within 60ft as a Bonus Action. This pool is equal to 1d10 + four times your Fighter level. When you use your bonus action to Rally, you may distribute any number of hit points from your pool to yourself and as many allies as you want, and can even give different amounts to different creatures. Spent hit points from this pool are regained at the end of every successful Short or Long Rest.Battle Speechcraft - 7th
Speechcraft is a vital and versatile skill for Elanknechts, encompassing both the noble commander who inspires and rallies allies and the cunning mercenary adept at negotiating better deals. You may add half of your Strength modifier (minimum of 1) to any Deception, Insight, Intimidation, Performance, or Persuasion check. You also become proficient in your choice of one of these skills or Animal Handling if you are not already.Inspiring Surge - 10th
When you use your Action Surge feature, you can choose one creature within 60 feet of you that is allied with you. That creature can make one melee or ranged weapon attack with its reaction, provided that it can see or hear you.Starting at 18th level, you can choose two allies within 60 feet of you, rather than one.
Bulwark - 15th
You can extend the benefit of your Indomitable feature to an ally. When you decide to use Indomitable to reroll an Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma saving throw and you aren't Incapacitated, you can choose one ally within 60 feet of you that also failed its saving throw against the same effect. If that creature can see or hear you, it can reroll its saving throw and must use the new roll.Remove these ads. Join the Worldbuilders Guild
