A shifty informant that the guild uses to talk to what once was the Harpers and Zehntarim. Since the fall of both factions he works as a more meager informer, trying to rebuild both factions as to gain his standing again.   Infamous for making deals he always seems on top, except for one instance; and that is with the guild. Somehow they managed to get him under their thumb and that works very well for the flow of information. He despises those who work for the guild and never fails to be highly convoluted unless he can get something out of it.   Never trust him, unless he has signed a contract and you have read it thoroughly.
