The settlers expand as far West and North as they can.

The settlers of Dustria City expand westward only to reach an expansive desert that is by all means uninhabitable.   They then expand North until they meet a dense forest from which a pack of wolves emerge. They then morph into humans and inform the settlers that everything to the North is the Kerrigan Mountain Range, and owned by King Gargen.
