Legend has it that somewhere out in this galaxy is a beautiful planet unlike anything that anyone has ever seen before. The few people who have been there say it's like something straight out of a child's imagination, and the people of that planet are right from a dream. Some of the nicest people you'll ever come across, even if they don't venture away from their planet that often.

The species is humanoid with two arms and legs. They are often very muscularly developed and occasionally sport horn-esque protrusions from their head or shoulders.

There is a sub-section of the population which is capable of amazing feats such as flight, enhanced strength, laser vision, and/or enhanced speed. The entire species is capable of breathing underwater.
Genetics and Reproduction
It is unknown how they reproduce but they have a gestation period similar to human pregnancy which lasts approximately 7 Earth months.

Their dietary needs are primarily vegetables and other natural nutrients found in plants.

For one week out of the year, the blue patches of their skin continuously shift across the spectrum of colour.

The Neosians have their own language and they have become fluent in English as well after a visit from Humans centuries ago.
Common Customs, Traditions and Rituals
Rarely there is a Neosian who wishes to explore the galaxy and to do so they must prove themselves worthy to represent the Neosians as a whole. As a requirement, they are put through several tests of moral strength and trials in combat against well-renowned figures from each Neosian nation.

The Neosians have not had the opportunity to interact with other species as a whole but they are rather fond of humans.
