Precinct 5 NPC
This NPC is found on the streets of Precinct 5. They are a member of the Simic Guild, but appreciate the inventive nature of both the Simic and Izzet guilds and seeks to craft inventions that involve living beings. In his first interaction with the party, he will start talking to Devon's character as the NPC is seeking another inventor to show his newest invention to. He will show Devon's character his wristwatch, which is actually just a living shrimp. The shrimp will whisper an appropriate time to the NPC. The NPC will then whisper "I haven't quite worked out the kinks yet. He's just guesstimating, as shrimp usually do."
