In his formative years, he would listen eagerly to stories of her exploits and dream of one day meeting her or discovering the secrets of her magic.   When Hao Jin disappeared from the Material Plane to preside over her own dimension, Tolsimir felt a profound sense of loss. However, this only fueled his determination to study magic further, hoping that one day he might stand on equal footing with legends like her.   Life as an Inventor, Sniper, and Tattoo Artist   As he matured, Tolsimir discovered a unique talent for creating ranged weapons infused with magical properties. His inventions were intricate and precise, combining the elegance of elven craftsmanship with cutting-edge arcane technology. He became a master sniper, able to strike targets from unimaginable distances with unerring accuracy.   In addition to his weapon-making skills, Tolsimir developed a passion for tattoo artistry, using his magic to create intricate designs that granted the wearer unique abilities. Each tattoo was a masterpiece, blending the art of ink with the power of enchantment.   Procurer of Magical Artifacts   Tolsimir's insatiable curiosity and thirst for knowledge led him on countless adventures in search of rare and powerful magical artifacts. Tolsimir, confident in his abilities, pressed on, but he underestimated the dangers that lay within.   In the depths of the temple, Tolsimir triggered an ancient trap—a cascade of deadly magical energy that overwhelmed him in an instant. His life was extinguished before he could even cry out, his body left motionless amidst the ancient stones.   His companions, devastated by the loss of their friend and leader, carried his body back to Iadara. Miriel, in her grief, sought the aid of the high priestess of the temple of Findeladlara. With great effort and divine magic, the priestess performed a powerful resurrection ritual, restoring Tolsimir to life.   The experience changed Tolsimir profoundly. Having crossed the veil between life and death, he returned with a deeper understanding of the fragility of life and the mysteries of the universe. The ordeal left a faint scar across his chest, a reminder of his mortality and the second chance he had been given.   The Ruby Phoenix Tournament   When news reached Eldariel that Hao Jin had returned to the Material Plane to host the Ruby Phoenix Tournament, Tolsimir's heart soared. With his bow in hand and his tattoos glowing with magic, he prepares to enter the Ruby Phoenix Tournament.
