Devkarin

The Devkarin are a subgroup of the Golgari Swarm. They are composed almost entirely of elves, but there have been a few instances of non-elves growing up within their ranks.

Elves of the Deep

Languages. You can speak, read, write, and understand Common and one other language of your choice.
Deep Adaptations. Devkarin live in The Undercity, deep below the city proper. If you do not have darkvision from your ancestry, see in dim light within 60 feet as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of grey. If you already have darkvision from your ancestry, its range increases by 30 feet.
Devkarin Magic. You know the dancing lights cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the faerie fire spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the darkness spell once and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
