Campus Rats

Whether they're living in the high rises of Hightower or the university tenements of The Blistercoils, campus rats are immersed in education life. They may be students themselves, or faculty of one of the precinct's many colleges or laboratories, or maybe they're only shop owners, assistants, and support staff. Whatever the vocation, campus rats are dependent on the education industry.

Life and Learning

Languages. Whether or not you studied other languages, people around you did, and they were eager to practice. You can speak, read, write, and understand Common and two other languages of your choice.
Papercraft. You have proficiency in one of the following of your choice: calligrapher's supplies, cartographer's tools, or painter's supplies. The Pursuit of Knowledge. You are proficient in Investigation. When you use a curated library, archive, research center, or record keeping agency to find information, your research time is halved. Additionally, you may add double your proficiency bonus to any Intelligence (Investigation) checks made during this research, instead of any proficiency bonus you would normally add.
