Act 1: Gathering Intel
The players meet with the Tidecaller at the Wyatt's Riders headquarters, where they receive a briefing on the pirate captain's activities and the importance of putting an end to their reign of terror. Vex Nightshade joins the group, providing valuable insight into navigating the dangerous waters where the pirate is known to operate.
The players embark on a series of missions to gather intel on the pirate captain's whereabouts and activities. This includes interrogating captured pirates, investigating shipwrecks rumored to be connected to the pirate, and gathering information from locals who have encountered the pirate's crew.
As they gather more information, the players begin to piece together the pirate captain's movements and motivations, uncovering clues that lead them closer to their target.
