Gladria- Rosbur

City History, Culture, Trade and Description   A small village that has grown up on the crossroads going east toward Ormur and South towards the dwarven mines on the way to the Gladrian Capital and the trading port cities on the western coast. It is a small sleepy town without much excitement, with the exception of when something dark and dangerous wanders in from Murkwood and the very rare dragon attack.    Important Characters   Baron Cassius- Cassius is an overweight human man, with cropped auburn hair and grey eyes. He wears very fine garments and carries a gilded cane, often bragging about the injury he sustained fighting on the front many, many years ago before being awarded this position. Gery is easily distracted by arcana.   Comodant Maly- A human woman paladin who was demoted to this position after a stray arrow cut her leg tendon, she now has a horrible limp. She has matted white hair and dark hazel eyes, and prominent ears. She still wears banded mail and wields a bastard sword, despite her obvious inability to fight.    Father Lesym- He is a slender human, with white hair and dark amber eyes. He wears tailored clothing and a silver amulet. Lesym compulsively hums.   Book Keeper Argen- An exceptionally beautiful halfling woman, with silver hair and narrow brown eyes. She wears well-made clothing and a silver holy symbol.   Local Quests   Lesym the blacksmith is crafting a mechanical leg  enhancement for Comodant Maly, but needs the gear components that had been shipped from the Southern Dwarf cities never arrived. Would like to hire the party to track down the shipment and what happened to it.    Notable Buildings And Districts   Seat of government- Town hall and Barons residence located in the center of town, a very large building with a central meeting hall, the residence being a slightly smaller building built onto the left side.    Center Lane- the main road through town, where the businesses and inn is located.    Shops   Blacksmith- a small workshop on the center lane, run by a female dwarf named Lesym, who has a round face, with white hair and soft brown eyes. She wears worn clothing that is covered in soot from the forge.    General store- A small trading store run by a halfing named Narder, who has grey hair and amber eyes, and a thin moustache. He wears fine clothing and a feathered hat.   Stout Fool- A small tavern with a bottom floor dedicated to a bar and small eating area, and a single large upstairs room with several bunks. Run by an overweight male dwarf named Khainan. He was once an adventurer, but was maimed by a dragon a decade or so before.   Unique skill job- (Tailor, restaurant, jewelry, baker, butcher, tinkerer, brewer, candles, ranch, shipwrite, carpenter, fortune teller, antique dealer, ext).   Shady dealer- a human man named Exas who is rugged in appearance, with uneven red hair and hazel eyes. Exas has an animal companion, a ginger dog named Brix. Works at the general store and is known to swipe supplies when others aren't looking.    Other NPC’s   Guard- Richye has a narrow face, with long golden hair and blue eyes. He wears leather armor and wields a military pick and heavy crossbow. Richye is zealous in his pursuit of the law but caring.   Farmer- Narder has white hair and grey eyes, and a thin beard. He wears plain clothing and several small tools hang from his belt. Narder blames the gods for every misfortune.   Merchant- A halfing woman named Eril and her human husband Thomas. Eril has white hair and bright green eyes, and numerous unusual scars. She wears modest garments and carries a long knife. Eril is cursed with a deformed leg, and is searching for a divine relic which can break the curse.    Traveler- Groguy, a gruff dwarf, has red hair and amber eyes, and a thick beard. He wears tailored clothing and a dragonscale cloak. Groguy is searching for the legendary dwarven ruins of Tumunzund.   Jane is a short human with halfing traits, with copper hair and blue eyes. She wears travel-stained clothing and several pouches hang from her belt. Jane is fascinated by distant lands and peoples.
