Parliament of Owls
The governing body of the Owlin race. The Parliament is split into the Court of Wilds and the Court of Stars, each based on different sides of the planar rift on Greenhaven. The Court of Stars share governance of the island of Greenhaven with the Firbolg nation, peacefully sharing the island as neither race is interested in the same real estate.
