Barb
Barb is a dragonmarked orc from House Tharashk who came to Rakvalinor early in hopes of scoring big. Currently she runs Barb's Barbaric Bar, one of the few establishments in Dawnport that caters to foreigners. Barb warns newcomers that her dragonmark lets her track down thieves and troublemakers who run away. Three rooms in the back of the bar are crowded with hammocks, and Dawnport is so overpopulated that Barb can rent them day and night.
