Arun Inadithas
Arun Inadithas is a sun elf paladin of Sehanine Moonbow and the highest-ranking member of the Order of the Moonbow. The Order has always been one of the most "lawful" of the Valar institutions, and as the most organized they have taken on more and more responsibility during the crisis from less-reliable authorities. In Dawnport the Order is responsible for enforcing the law and for dealing with the crowds of refugees and foreigners.
Since the shattering Arun has become bitter and angry, repeatedly lashing out at his fellow Valar for their decadance and moral failings, which Arun blames for the catastrophe.
